Pursuant to this agreement, Subsidence Ltd confers upon the customer at the designated property address a decade-long warranty commencing from the date on which the works were finalised or the date of the customer’s final payment, whichever date falls later.
This warranty encompasses the subsidence treatment works as delineated in the initial quote and pledges protection against any subsidence that may arise due to the degradation or contraction of the materials utilised in the treatment process.
Should there be any indication of material degradation or contraction within the span of the 10-year warranty, Subsidence Ltd obligates itself to administer additional treatment at the same site, incurring no expense to the customer.
The determination of whether there has been a degradation or contraction of materials within the treated zone will be made by an impartial structural engineer, ensuring an objective evaluation.
